We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relation Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database
  • Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
