We are seeking a Customer Relation Executive to join our team in India. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
