ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online portals — respond promptly and professionally.
● Understand customer requirements and project preferences; pitch relevant projects briefly and schedule site visits with the sales team.
● Make outbound follow-up calls to all inquiries, site visitors, and prospects — maintain structured follow-up cadence.
● Maintain accurate data entry of all customer interactions in CRM/Excel trackers — ensure zero data leakage.
● Coordinate site visit appointments between customers and the on-site Sales Managers.
● Follow up with customers post-site visit — address queries, share brochures, payment plans, and relevant project information.
● Coordinate with builders for inventory updates, pricing revisions, offer letters, and allotment communications.
● Track booking documentation status and coordinate with customers for pending KYC, payments, and agreement signatures.
● Support the Team Leader in preparing MIS reports, pipeline trackers, and management dashboards.
● WHAT WE LOOK FOR
● 2–4 years of experience in real estate, customer service, tele-calling, or sales support.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills — fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English essential.
● Warm, polite, and professional demeanor on calls communications.
● Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and WhatsApp Business.
● Real estate background preferred — understanding of residential and commercial projects, pricing, and processes.
● Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple customer files simultaneously.
