Job Description

Summary:

This operations role is ideal for candidates with Salesforce end-user experience and a strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and operational processes. The position requires experience in stakeholder management, including interactions with senior stakeholders, and demands excellent communication skills along with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize customer onboarding and KYC processes.
  • Ensure smooth integration of customers into the Company ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 3&ndash6 years of experience in relevant fields, not exceeding 6 years.
  • Background in payments/fintech operations, BPO, or consulting operations.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with any CRM tool.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Power BI knowledge.
  • Salesforce end-user experience.
