Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and drive BTL (Below The Line) activities to spur growth in demand and offtake.
- Manage execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, launching new promotions, planning New Product Development (NPD) launches, and loyalty programs on time as per the plan.
- Recruit, induct, train, and manage promoters and merchandisers to drive desired business outcomes.
- Drive adherence to SFA (Sales Force Automation) usage, glean insights from data, formulate action plans for the branch team, and monitor implementation.
- Plan and monitor the overall working plans, PJPs (Personal Journey Plans), and performance for merchandisers focusing on top-selling outlets.
KEY PERFORMANCE GOALS
- Coverage and implementation of trade schemes and BTL activities on time, as per the plan.
- Adherence to BTL budgets and brand guidelines.
- On-time adherence and execution of New Product launches and promotions.
- Adherence to PJP guidelines for self and merchandisers.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Graduate with experience in an FMCG organization with exposure to trade operations.
- Preferable Experience: 4-9 years.
