The Opportunity

We have built a strong customer base of 50+ enterprise accounts across industries, with brands that can significantly influence our next phase of growth.

This is a greenfield opportunity to build GoComet's Customer Marketing & Advocacy function from the ground up. Your mission will be to transform our customer portfolio into a scalable pipeline-generation engine through customer references, executive advocacy, industry proof points, and peer introductions.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Customer Reference Engine

  • Operationalize 50+ enterprise customers across CPG, Automotive, Pharma, and Industrial sectors into a structured customer advocacy and referral program.
  • Design and execute a peer-to-peer executive introduction framework that consistently generates high-quality meetings.
  • Create scalable processes for customer engagement, advocacy tracking, and referral management.

Own the Vertical Case Study Program

  • Develop compelling industry-specific case studies featuring leading customer brands.
  • Build a repository of customer success assets that support:
  • Enterprise sales outreach
  • ABM campaigns
  • Events and webinars
  • Executive engagement initiatives
  • Ensure customer proof is embedded across the entire GTM motion.

Lead the Speaker & Advocacy Program

  • Recruit customer speakers for:
  • Odyssey (GoComet's flagship event)
  • Industry webinars
  • Executive roundtables
  • Customer dinners and hosted summits
  • Build repeatable engagement frameworks that drive strong speaker participation and advocacy.

Manage Review & Third-Party Validation Programs

  • Scale customer participation across:
  • G2
  • Capterra
  • TrustRadius
  • Gartner Peer Insights
  • Target:
  • 30 customer reviews in the first quarter
  • Sustained review generation thereafter

Support Enterprise Deal Acceleration

  • Enable sales teams with customer references, proof assets, and executive introductions.
  • Build a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to strengthen executive relationships and product-market feedback loops.
  • Help shorten enterprise sales cycles through strategic customer advocacy.

Success Metrics

You will be successful in this role if:

✓ A scalable customer advocacy network is established and actively generating pipeline.

✓ Customer-led proof is embedded across ABM campaigns, sales motions, and executive programs.

✓ Peer introductions, customer speakers, and review programs become predictable pipeline contributors.

✓ Third-party review platforms consistently generate credibility, inbound interest, and market visibility.

✓ Customer references become a competitive advantage in enterprise deal cycles.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Field Marketing, or Enterprise Marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building or significantly scaling customer advocacy and reference programs.
  • Experience working closely with Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and customer proof frameworks.
  • Expertise in developing case studies, customer stories, advocacy programs, and executive events.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Prior exposure to enterprise GTM and ABM-led growth environments.
