ManagerCustomer & Marketing Analytics



Location:Bangalore (Hybrid), India

We do this cost-effectively using a global execution model leveraging our clients existing technology and data assets. We also come in with some strong IP and pre-built analytics solutions in data mining, BI, and Big Data.



As a Manager, you will:



Work with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 Retailers



Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.



Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges. Utilize your understanding of retail data and analytics to drive decision-making.



Leverage your expertisein Data such asOrders, Merchandising, Customer Data, Click Stream (Digital), Marketing, and Promotions Data, to provide effective solutions.



Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models, and forecasting to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.



Be part of the Lead CXM engagements and strengthen the delivery by developing scalable & reusable assets, training analysts, and buildinga foundation.



Assist in Opportunity identification / POV creation / Proposal for clients.


Apply Agile methods to manage analytics projects efficiently, ensuring they deliver valuequickly.



Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers, fostering innovation and excellence.



Must-Have Skills:



8-14 years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasingdemonstratedexpertise in retail, marketing, and customer analytics projects



Demonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as regression, classification, unsupervised learning



Experience in marketing analytics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, test and learn, AB testing, market mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution



Experience in Building customer segments, Propensity Models, CLTV Models, Recommender system etc.



Experience working in Data Products and experience in developing Retail Data Models, Customer Data Models, Promotions Data Models, etc.



Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, capable of leading and guiding teams.



Experience working with platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.



Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI to craft insightful visual reports and dashboards.



Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively.5+ years of team management



Leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.



Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
