Job Description

Job Title: CLM Associate (Customer Lifecycle Marketing)

Location: Bengaluru

Role Overview

Delhivery is hiring for Customer Lifecycle Marketing - looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused CLM Associate to drive customer engagement and retention across Delhivery's Local Delivery and Intercity Courier businesses. This is an entry-level role suited for high-potential fresh graduates from premier engineering institutes, who are excited to work at the intersection of data, marketing, and product. Interns are also welcome if they can transition to a full-time role after the internship without returning to college for their final semester

.You will be responsible for executing lifecycle campaigns across push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and in-app messaging, while leveraging data to improve customer journeys and business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and in-app channels
  • Build and deploy campaigns using CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Manage campaign calendars aligned with business priorities (Local Delivery & Intercity Courier)
  • Coordinate with product, growth, and analytics teams to ensure timely campaign launches

Segmentation & Targeting

  • Work with customer data to create targeted audience segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and business goals
  • Ensure personalization and relevance in messaging across channels

Content & Communication

  • Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling campaign creatives and copies
  • Adapt messaging for different channels while maintaining brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with communication guidelines and regulations

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, retention, etc)
  • Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and targeting
  • Generate regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Lifecycle Strategy Support

  • Support lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
  • Identify gaps in customer journeys and propose improvements
