We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager (CLM) to work in our Customer Experience team. The CLM will serve as the relationship manager for a Bhanzu-enrolled parent and will be responsible for supporting them throughout their child's Bhanzu journey.
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
- Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
- Identify customers needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Upsell/cross-sell new products/services to clients.
Requirements
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or in a similar role.
- Experience of driving sales (upselling / cross-selling).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and use of ticketing systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
