Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer lifecycle from activation to repeat usage.
  • Design and execute lifecycle/retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Web and App Push.
  • Build automated journeys for onboarding, activation, upsell, and win-back.
  • Create behavioural and cohort-based segmentation (RFM, usage, engagement).
  • Run A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Track performance metrics and optimise continuously.
  • Work closely with product, tech ans growth teams.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention / Growth Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage / Netcore.
  • Proven impact on conversion and retention metrics.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation and analytics.
  • Execution-focused (not a people-only manager).
  • Experience with GA4 Mixpanel, Appsflyer.
  • eCommerce / D2C / SaaS / Logistics exposure.
  • Basic SQL or strong Excel skills.
