Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle from activation to repeat usage.
- Design and execute lifecycle/retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Web and App Push.
- Build automated journeys for onboarding, activation, upsell, and win-back.
- Create behavioural and cohort-based segmentation (RFM, usage, engagement).
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Track performance metrics and optimise continuously.
- Work closely with product, tech ans growth teams.
Requirements
- 2-6 years in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention / Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage / Netcore.
- Proven impact on conversion and retention metrics.
- Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation and analytics.
- Execution-focused (not a people-only manager).
- Experience with GA4 Mixpanel, Appsflyer.
- eCommerce / D2C / SaaS / Logistics exposure.
- Basic SQL or strong Excel skills.
