Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric professionals to join our customer experience team. The customer feedback & experience executive will play a key role in post-purchase engagement by connecting with customers, gathering feedback, tracking sentiment, and sharing insights that directly influence product development and customer experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers post-purchase to gather genuine and actionable product feedback
- Manage customer communication across platforms with a timely, respectful, and solution-oriented approach
- Maintain detailed records of customer outreach and sentiment using Excel, CRM, or internal tools
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Support teams to share insights and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through structured reporting and feedback analysis
