We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end execution of international group tours for senior travellers. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role that requires strong coordination skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight bookings, travel logistics, and vendor coordination for international tours.
- Handle documentation processes including visas, insurance, and travel requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking
- Create and manage payment schedules, collections, and internal trackers.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, and Tour Leaders to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Handle customer escalations and time-sensitive issues independently
- Call customers to collect structured post-tour feedback

- Zero last-minute chaos due to missed documentation or miscommunication
- Customers who feel informed, reassured, and well-supported before travel
- Tour Leaders who receive complete, accurate, and timely handovers
- Clean trackers, accurate payments, and proper closures

Requirements
- 13 years of experience in travel operations
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
