Job Description

Supplier Coordination:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the smooth functioning of tools, systems, and related processes.

Expenditure Monitoring:

Monitor all expenditures related to the Customer Experience Management (CEM) Hub and maintain accurate financial records.

Finance Alignment:

Conduct regular alignment meetings with the Finance and ACBS reporting team to ensure financial transparency and consistency.

Initiative Planning:

Organize and plan new initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience management and driving employee engagement.

Operational Support:

Provide end-to-end support for operational tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the CEM Hub.
