Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience & Brand Voice Specialist based in Gurugram. The specialist will serve as the primary frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional, polished customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase journey. Additional responsibilities include supervising essential order lifecycles through our digital brand ecosystem, documenting customer feedback, working collaboratively with teams to resolve fulfillment challenges, and ensuring a flawless brand experience.
