Customer Experience Specialist at Alive! At Alive, we're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating memorable interactions with our users.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chat and calls.
  • Resolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.
  • Gather feedback to enhance our platform and services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with chat and call support tools is a plus.
