Role Overview
We're looking for a confident, empathetic, and relationship-driven Customer Experience Intern who will work directly with our premium customers and ensure they receive a seamless, high-touch experience.
You will act as the first point of trust for our most valued users managing relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
If you come from hospitality, B2B sales, or any service-focused background and understand that customer experience is everything, this role will give you real ownership from Day 1.
Duration : 6 months
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing relationships with premium customers through calls and messages
- Resolving high-priority queries with speed, clarity, and empathy
- Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams
- Handling escalations professionally and ensuring complete resolution
- Maintaining detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
- Identifying recurring concerns and suggesting service improvements
- Supporting Chitra in day-to-day customer operations
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Background in hospitality, B2B sales, customer service, or relationship management
- Naturally empathetic and calm under pressure
- Confident in speaking with premium customers
- Strong ownership mindset you don't pass problems, you solve them
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge is a plus
