Job Title: Customer Experience Executive (Kannada Mandatory)
Location: House Number 64, near Modi Mills, AAA House, Okhla Phase 3
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for lead follow-ups and customer queries
- Respond to fresh leads promptly and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage WhatsApp & social media chats (Instagram, Facebook)
- Maintain accurate LMS/CRM updates and lead disposition
- Ensure smooth call transfers to relevant centres
- Achieve daily targets: calls, connections, and conversions
Key Skills
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Fluent in Kannada & English (Mandatory)
- Customer-focused with a positive and confident approach
- Comfortable with calling + chat handling
- Basic knowledge of CRM/tools (training provided)
Requirements
- Experience in the healthcare/service industry preferred
- Willing to work in target-driven and roster-based shifts
