Job Title: Customer Experience Executive (Kannada Mandatory)

Location: House Number 64, near Modi Mills, AAA House, Okhla Phase 3

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls for lead follow-ups and customer queries
  • Respond to fresh leads promptly and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage WhatsApp & social media chats (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Maintain accurate LMS/CRM updates and lead disposition
  • Ensure smooth call transfers to relevant centres
  • Achieve daily targets: calls, connections, and conversions

Key Skills

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Fluent in Kannada & English (Mandatory)
  • Customer-focused with a positive and confident approach
  • Comfortable with calling + chat handling
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/tools (training provided)

Requirements

  • Experience in the healthcare/service industry preferred
  • Willing to work in target-driven and roster-based shifts
