Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in debugging complex technical issues across mobile apps, APIs, and web integrations. This role acts as the technical first responder for customers, diagnosing issues quickly and building tools or automation to accelerate troubleshooting. The ideal candidate enjoys building utilities, scripts, and AI-powered tools that improve operational efficiency and simplify troubleshooting workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in debugging complex technical issues across mobile apps, APIs, and web integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the resolution of complex customer technical issues across mobile apps, APIs, SDK integrations, and web implementations.
  • Troubleshoot mobile application and SDK issues across environments including React Native, iOS (Swift), and Android (Kotlin).
  • Build scripts, utilities, or internal tools that automate troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repeatable operational workflows.
  • Apply AI tools and agents (LLMs, automation frameworks) to improve support workflows, issue triage, and debugging efficiency.
  • Investigate and debug API integrations, authentication flows, and data exchange issues.
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to reproduce issues, provide diagnostic insights, and drive product improvements based on real customer problems.
  • Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides that improve operational efficiency for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

  • Mobile Application Development & Troubleshooting: Experience diagnosing issues related to mobile app networking, SDK integrations, authentication flows, and API communication.
  • Strong working knowledge of React Native, native iOS (Swift), and Android (Kotlin) development environments with the ability to debug mobile SDK integrations and application behavior.

Required Skills

  • AI Practitioner: Candidates should be able to demonstrate real examples of tools, agents, scripts, or utilities they have built.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks to improve operational workflows. Examples may include:
  • AI agents for issue triage or debugging
  • Automation tools for analyzing logs or API responses
  • Internal tools that improve troubleshooting efficiency
  • Automation & Tool Building: A hands-on builder mindset with the curiosity to experiment and rapidly create tooling is highly valued.
  • Strong scripting ability in Python or JavaScript, with experience building utilities or scripts to:
  • automate troubleshooting workflows
  • debug integrations
  • reduce repetitive operational tasks
  • API Integration Debugging: Experience integrating third-party services using OAuth, API keys, and common authentication protocols.
  • Strong experience working with REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.
  • Comfortable debugging API behavior using tools such as Postman or equivalent tooling.
  • Experience developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Understanding of scalable distributed systems and experience with Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
