Customer Experience & Design Sales Consultant

Experience Centre in Chromepet brings together leading Indian brands such as Jaquar, EBCO, WaterScience, and Havells under one roof, allowing homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers to experience products before making decisions.

Unlike a conventional showroom, we believe in educating customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards the right solution.

Your Role

• Welcome and engage visitors to our Experience Centre.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable home and interior solutions.

• Conduct showroom walkthroughs and product demonstrations.

• Interact confidently with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.

• Assist customers in comparing options and making informed choices.

• Build long-term relationships through professional follow-ups and customer engagement.

• Coordinate with our sales and marketing team to ensure every visitor receives a memorable experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English and Tamil.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.

• Comfortable interacting with premium customers and design professionals.

• Experience in interiors, sanitaryware, furniture, modular kitchens, lifestyle retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than product knowledge.
