Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, or emails
  • Assist users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general queries
  • Handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Provide accurate information about services, offers, and policies
  • Ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics

Work Schedule & Shifts

  • Work Days: 6 days a week
  • Week Off: Any 1 day between Monday to Thursday
  • Weekend Availability: Mandatory (Saturday & Sunday working)
  • Shift Timing (Rotational 9 hours):
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM 9:00 PM (any 9-hour window)
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
  • Note:
  • Male candidates must be comfortable with rotational night shifts
  • Female candidates will be assigned only day shifts

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Customer-first attitude with a positive approach

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline)
  • Prior experience in customer service/BPO is a plus but not mandatory
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
