Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, or emails
- Assist users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general queries
- Handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Provide accurate information about services, offers, and policies
- Ensure a seamless and delightful customer experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics
Work Schedule & Shifts
- Work Days: 6 days a week
- Week Off: Any 1 day between Monday to Thursday
- Weekend Availability: Mandatory (Saturday & Sunday working)
- Shift Timing (Rotational 9 hours):
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM 9:00 PM (any 9-hour window)
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
- Note:
- Male candidates must be comfortable with rotational night shifts
- Female candidates will be assigned only day shifts
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Customer-first attitude with a positive approach
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline)
- Prior experience in customer service/BPO is a plus but not mandatory
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
