Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to premium home appliances.

Assist customers with product unboxing, usage guidance, troubleshooting, and maintenance queries.

Log and track customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests in the CRM (Zoho).

Coordinate with demo experts, service centers, and logistics teams for faster resolution.

Maintain high standards of service quality aligned with global customer experience benchmarks.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.

High empathy and patience while interacting with premium customers.

Basic technical troubleshooting ability for home appliances.

Good typing speed and proficiency in computer applications; CRM experience preferred.

Prior experience (12 years) in customer care for consumer durables/electronics.
