Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through clear communication
- Manage customer accounts, orders, billing, and returns
- Document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications
