Job Description

Position: Customer Experience Agent (Voice Process)

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days)

Shifts: US Shifts (Night shift / rotational)

Education Requirement: Minimum 10+2

Work Location:

Eco Space (Pritech Park), Bellandur, Bangalore 560067

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction through clear communication
  • Manage customer accounts, orders, billing, and returns
  • Document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication in English
  • Strong reading comprehension and listening skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
