We are seeking a motivated Customer Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers looking to start their career in customer service. The Customer Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
