Vasansi Jaipur is hiring a Customer Experience Executive to join our Sales team. We are looking for a candidate who can deliver warm, professional, and consistent in-store service while representing the brand with confidence and care.

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Executive plays a key role in managing day-to-day customer interactions on the store floor. This position focuses on assisting customers with product selection, maintaining service standards, and supporting store sales through attentive and courteous customer handling. The role requires strong floor presence, clear communication, and a service-oriented mindset aligned with Vasansi's retail values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with apparel selection, fit, and styling guidance
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth in-store experience
  • Promote ongoing offers and support upselling in a respectful manner
  • Manage trial rooms, product handling, and customer flow on the floor
  • Maintain store service standards, hygiene, and overall presentation
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient floor operations
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and positive brand recall

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
  • Clear verbal communication and polite interaction style
  • Hands-on experience with floor management in retail
  • Basic product knowledge and ability to explain features and fit
  • Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or apparel
  • Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail will be an advantage
  • Comfortable working on the shop floor and handling walk-in customers

CTC: 3.0 4.2 LPA, based on experience
