Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Executive based in New Delhi. The Customer Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve providing high-quality customer support and service, addressing client needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The position requires excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs effectively
- Proven ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients
- Sound Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing customer concerns
- Experience in the luxury, retail, or service industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is advantageous
- Salary = 20-25k
