Job Description

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and presentable for the role of Client Engagement Executive International Markets. The role focuses on international lead generation, proactive client engagement, distributor identification and onboarding, and market development across key global regions including LATAM, CIS, MENA, and Eastern Europe.

This position requires strong communication skills, comfort with tele-calling and virtual meetings, and a structured approach to managing leads through CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

International Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Generate and qualify international leads across target regions including LATAM, CIS, MENA, Eastern Europe, and other emerging markets
  • Conduct outbound tele-calling, email campaigns, and online outreach to prospective clients and distributors
  • Research regional markets to identify potential distributors, agents, and channel partners

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for international inquiries, leads and service complaints
  • Engage with prospects and distributors through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand requirements and present company offerings
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and progress them through the sales funnel

Distributor Identification & Onboarding

  • Identify suitable distributors and partners across assigned regions
  • Coordinate distributor onboarding activities, including initial discussions, documentation support, and internal coordination
  • Support the international sales team in building and maintaining a strong distributor network

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, activities, and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools)
  • Track lead status, engagement metrics, and pipeline progress
  • Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities, regional performance, and distributor outreach

Candidate Profile

  • 12 years of experience in international sales, international BPO, inside sales, or global lead generation roles
  • Prior exposure to overseas clients, distributors, or channel partners is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong tele-calling and client interaction capabilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor
  • Smart, dynamic, and proactive approach to work
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with international time zones when required

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (preferred)
