Job Description
We are looking for a highly communicative and detail-oriented professional with prior experience handling US B2C profiles. The role involves managing customer communication, supporting lead generation activities, handling emails, preparing SOPs, and providing personal assistant support to senior stakeholders.
This position is ideal for candidates who are confident communicating with US customers, can multitask efficiently, and enjoy working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle lead generation support and follow-ups with US-based customers
- Manage email communication professionally and promptly
- Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Act as a personal assistant, including calendar management, reminders, coordination, and task tracking
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Ensure clear, polite, and customer-focused communication at all times
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent spoken and written English (US communication style preferred)
- Prior experience working on US B2C profiles (mandatory)
- Experience in customer communication, lead handling, or sales support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working with email tools, CRMs, and basic documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Background in customer support, sales support, or account coordination
