Location: Pune

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Review & Engagement Executive to connect with customers and encourage authentic product reviews on leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in customer calling or sales roles, and the ability to converse in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via phone to request genuine reviews on e-commerce platforms.
  • Build rapport and engage customers in positive, meaningful conversations.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and review targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and ensure smooth customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, feedback, and follow-up details in CRM systems.
  • Utilize calling tools effectively to track outreach and performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction and review generation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Southern language or Marathi).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and calling tools.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Online Reputation Management (ORM).
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
