At Enlog, we are building smart energy and IoT-based solutions that simplify power management and drive operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Delight Manager who can ensure exceptional customer experience while managing and guiding a support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Manage and lead a team of 2 or more customer support executives
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution and customer onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support
- Prepare customer service reports and track resolution metrics
- Improve customer experience processes and suggest operational improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in customer handling/customer success/customer support roles
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and communication platforms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
