Customer Delight Manager

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month

At Enlog, we are building smart energy and IoT-based solutions that simplify power management and drive operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Delight Manager who can ensure exceptional customer experience while managing and guiding a support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Manage and lead a team of 2 or more customer support executives
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution and customer onboarding
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support
  • Prepare customer service reports and track resolution metrics
  • Improve customer experience processes and suggest operational improvements
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer handling/customer success/customer support roles
  • Prior experience in managing or mentoring a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and communication platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
