To explore the possibilities of having hospital / Gynecologists tie-ups. To meet and discuss with Gynecologists on latest stem cell development. Generating leads. Responsible for opening counselling sessions. Responsible for enrolments and payment collections. Ensuring to place the marketing material at the clinic. Ensuring completion of enrolment and client agreement. Conduct and participate in the hospital activities like ANC and Baby Shower. Ensuring client enrolment, payment collection, client agreement signing, generating SAR and ensuring smooth sample collection and dispatch to the lab. Responsible for good conversation from lead to presentation (30%) and from presentation to enrolment (50%). Updating leads/presentations/enrolments in the system on a daily basis. To ensure that there is no missed collection or cancellation of enrolment or any complaints by the clients To do regular follow-ups for the prospects. Responsible for getting Google reviews and client & doctor testimonials. To qualify for the special incentives and the contest rolled by the company. Ensuring to follow the company protocols and systems. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager or Territory Manager or respective ASM or General Manager.
