This role sits within the Care team and is designed to build strong operational ownership, user empathy, and problem-solving capabilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- You will begin by handling real user conversations and supporting operational workflows over email and phone, ensuring a high level of detail, tone, ownership, and judgment in every interaction.
- Within 6–12 months, you will gradually start owning smaller systems, identifying escalation patterns, and independently driving operational improvements.
- You will bring deep user insights and recurring signals back to the organization to influence policies, workflows, and user experience decisions.
- You will take ownership of one improvement project every quarter (in addition to daily tickets), identifying broken processes, operational gaps, or inefficiencies and helping resolve them.
- You will actively seek feedback, continuously learn, and demonstrate a strong willingness to grow.
- You will gain exposure to product knowledge, internal tools and frameworks, the Marrow exam ecosystem, writing and communication practices, dashboard interpretation, operational metrics, end-to-end project execution, and team ownership and leadership fundamentals.
