Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedCustomer Data Representativeto join our Customer Experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, managing data and orders accurately in ERP systems, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and global teams.

You will act as thefirst point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to delivery while maintaining high levels of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Resolve customer issues, answer queries, and provide regular order updates.
  • Process inquiries and customer orders accurately in the ERP system (NetSuite/Oracle or similar).
  • Coordinate daily with vendors, freight forwarders, and global colleagues to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order lifecycle from entry to successful product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer care, administration, export/import, or purchase assistance.
  • Hands-on experience with a cloud-based ERP system (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work from office (5 days a week).
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance from the office location.
