About The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Conversation Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and communicating through chat.
Your job will be more than just replying to messages—you'll be the
voice of our brand through every customer conversation.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries through live chat, WhatsApp, email or other digital channels
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Maintain a friendly, professional and positive tone in every conversation
- Resolve customer issues or coordinate with the relevant team when required
- Follow company processes while keeping conversations natural and customer-friendly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet assigned quality, response-time and productivity targets
What We're Looking For
- Good English communication and typing skills
- Ability to understand customer problems quickly
- Polite, patient and solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working on computers and multiple chat windows
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills
