Job Description

TheCustomerServicestrategyincludesthepreparationofstrategicpointsforsparepartsstocksandtechnicalpersonneltodirectlymanagerelationshipswithcustomersandsuppliers.Thesestrategicstocksneedtobemanagedwithphysicalmovementsanddocumentarymovementsofordersandshipmentstocustomers.ThisrolecoversbothresponsibilitiesofthesparepartswarehouseandthefunctionofInsideSalestohandlecustomerrequestsfromtheareaandthenecessaryinternalandexternaldocumentation.

Tohaveadeepercommunicationwiththecustomers,theCustomerCareSpecialistshallvisitthecustomerandinstallationsonaregularbasistowitnessthestatusofthefiltersandsuggeststhecustomerforeventualmaintenanceworkstobedoneandsparepartstobe purchased.

Thisactivity ispropaedeutictothesubmissionofproposalmadebyaftersalescommercialdepartment.
