Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresher - Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Indore. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, setting up meetings, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to implement business development strategies.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
  • Skills in developing strategic business plans and setting sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required
