Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and empathetic individuals to join our team as Emotional Support Listeners. In this role, you will provide non-judgmental emotional support to users through meaningful conversations while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Actively listen to users with empathy and understanding
• Provide non-judgmental and compassionate support during conversations
• Maintain confidentiality and respect users privacy.
• Follow guidelines and protocols for appropriate interaction on the platform.
• Report any issues or concerns to the support team as needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain empathetic and patient in conversations.
• Reliable internet connection
