Location: Jaipur, Mansarovar
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC | Performance Incentives | Transport Allowance / Cab Facility
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shift Applicable)
Working Schedule: 5.5 Days/Week
About the Role
We are actively looking for enthusiastic and driven Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team, serving US-based clients. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning frustrated customers into happy ones — this is your seat.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from international customers with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolving concerns related to orders, payments, returns, and general service queries
- Delivering accurate, timely resolutions while maintaining a seamless customer experience
- Documenting all interactions with precision and care
- Consistently achieving quality, compliance, and productivity benchmarks
- Being the voice that leaves customers satisfied, every single time
Who We're Looking For
- Education: Graduates or Undergraduates from any discipline are welcome
- Experience: 6+ months in an International BPO (Voice Process) — or an exceptional fresher with outstanding communication
- Language: Fluent, confident English — non-negotiable
- Willingness to work night/rotational shifts with flexible week-offs
