Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Professional. Based in Delhi, this role involves a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include assisting and supporting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively. Additional tasks involve resolving customer issues, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service aimed at enhancing overall customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in managing customer interactions via various communication channels
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
  • Familiarity with bicycles or sporting goods is advantageous
