Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Professional role located in Indore. Responsibilities include effectively managing customer inquiries, providing prompt support, resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. The role also involves communicating with customers, addressing their needs, facilitating resolutions, and offering a proactive approach to enriching the customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Support and excellent Communication skills
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and maintain professionalism
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or related fields is a plus
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
  • Minimum qualifications: Graduate or equivalent education level
