Evergreen Square is looking for a confident, experienced telecaller who knows how to work a lead list — someone who can pick up the phone, build instant rapport, and get prospects through our office door.
If you're persuasive, persistent, and come from a real estate background, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Call and follow up with incoming and existing leads
- Build interest in our projects and convince prospects to visit our office/site
- Maintain and update the lead database with call status and feedback
- Follow up consistently to keep prospects warm and move them toward a visit
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of telecalling experience in real estate (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- A confident, friendly phone presence and strong convincing ability
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel for tracking leads
