Who Are We

Raptee Energy is a full-stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The role includes managing inquiries through calls or in-person, providing accurate product and service information, coordinating with internal teams for quick resolutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors or clients entering the office.
  • Maintain a neat, pleasant reception area and office records.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle front-desk queries and provide basic information about the company.
  • Coordinate with the showroom manager and backend teams.
  • Provide product or service information (e.g., EV bikes, booking status, servicing).
  • Record and update customer details and complaints in CRM.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service completion and satisfaction.
  • Handle polite escalation of complaints or feedback.

Who Can Apply

  • Any graduate with 23 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including strong telecalling and call-handling experience; immediate joiners preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Proven experience in call handling, customer interaction, and front-desk/lobby management.
  • Professional demeanor with a pleasant and hospitable personality.
  • Ability to ensure a welcoming and organized environment while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Automotive experience.
