Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Additional tasks include handling customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively. The role also involves assisting with sales-related support to drive customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for efficiently addressing customer queries and concerns
  • Experience in Sales or sales-related support is an advantage
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and patience
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of customer care tools and systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
