Hiring Freshers — Customer Support & Abandoned Cart Executive

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

We're looking for freshers who speak fluent English, are confident communicators, and genuinely want to learn.

You don't need prior experience. We'll train you from scratch.

What you'll do:

* Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, calls & other channels

* Help customers with orders, products, delivery & returns

* Follow up with customers who abandoned their carts

* Speak with customers and help convert pending orders into successful purchases

* Maintain basic customer/order records

* Learn how a fast-growing D2C brand operates

What we're looking for:

* Fluent spoken English is a must

* Good communication and a confident personality

* Comfortable talking to customers

* Basic computer & smartphone skills

* Eager to learn and take responsibility

* Positive attitude and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment

* Freshers are absolutely welcome
