Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic Customer Care Executives for international BPO processes. The role involves handling global customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering high-quality customer experience across voice, chat, or email support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (voice/chat/email)
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality scores
- Follow defined SLA, TAT, and process guidelines
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
- Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Required Skills
- Experience in International BPO / Customer Support
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal written)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience in voice / blended / chat support processes
- Exposure to US/UK/Australian processes
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
- Immediate availability / short notice period
