Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in Mysore. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts. The role also involves effectively communicating with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes and customer acquisition strategies
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build strong customer relationships
