Role Description
As a full-time Customer Care Executive, you will manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns. Your responsibilities will include providing support, resolving complaints, enhancing overall customer experiences, and maintaining relationships to foster trust and loyalty. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, promote products or services, and contribute to the company's growth. This is an on-site role based in Jaipur.

- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Experience or aptitude in Sales, with the ability to build trust and achieve customer retention
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Team collaboration abilities and a proactive approach to achieving customer success
- Proficiency in operating CRM software and familiarity with handling customer data
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus
