Role Description
The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues effectively. This position also includes promoting and upselling services/products when applicable, maintaining professionalism in all communications, and adhering to company standards. The Customer Care Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering positive relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written
- Experience or ability in Sales and upselling techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Prior experience in customer care or similar roles is preferred
