- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and company offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills in Telugu, English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel software is advantageous.
