Customer Care Executive

Job Profile:

• Achieve 3 segment target for tooling, blister change parts and tool care for Ahmedabad region customers.

• Ensure increase in share of Parle tooling across assigned customers.

• Identify new opportunities within existing and new accounts.

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned pharma customers in Ahmedabad region.

• Provide technical assistance on tablet drawing tooling design and application suitability related to tablet defects.

• Coordinate with internal teams for optimized solutions.

• Track quotation submissions, performance and commercial conversions.

• Collect vital information for quotation aspects.

• Ensure MBO objectives are achieved and aligned with expected output.

Minimum Qualification: B.E./Diploma Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation)

Additional Qualification: Management qualification, if any.

Experience Preferred: Industrial products sales experience.

Experience in Years: Minimum 5 Years
